I do not use a standard letter sizing chart for my work. Each piece is intended to be gender-neutral and size-inclusive and often has an oversized fit. Please refer to the individual product's description for exact measurements, as every garment varies.

As a general rule, handmade garments should be handled with extra kindness and care. Many of the textiles I use are vintage, antique, or reclaimed, and may be more delicate than newly manufactured fabric. Please avoid machine washing, soaking, or tumble drying unless the individual listing says it is safe to do so. Please refer to the individual product description for specific care instructions as it varies from piece to piece.

Processing time is 2-4 business days. I use USPS Priority Mail for all orders. While I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, most orders usually arrive within 3-6 business days from the date of shipment. Therefore, the total estimated delivery time for most orders is 5-10 business days. I am a one-person operation, and I truly appreciate your patience & understanding.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to request a return. Items must be sent back in their original condition within that same timeframe. Return requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing and shipping timeframes are shown on product pages and may vary based on order volume and custom work. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon our tender of the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

 

 

 

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking) subject to the conditions below:

 

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with any tags/packaging.
  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and remains responsible until the return is delivered to us.
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
