Spooky Cutie Halloween Blanket Coat

Introducing my latest creation!

It’s back! Get it while you can! This is one of my all time favorite vintage blankets to work with. It reminds me of my childhood Halloweens, and the fun 90’s decor that my grandma displayed in her home. Whenever I find this blanket, which is not too often, I always make a blanket coat, to try to share and spread the nostalgic joy of this artwork! I love it so much, I even created my own version of it with the homes that the artsy, spooky joy of this piece continues to live on! A Note on Construction:
Each piece is handmade by me with loving care and intention. I thoughtfully select vintage and antique textiles that speak to me, then create based on the overall vibe I’m going for.

Interior seams may look different than what you’d see in a mass-produced, factory-made garment. I use a combination of straight and zig-zag stitching to create a strong, soulful, and sometimes quirky finish. Key areas are triple stitched for longevity and durability. Just like the textiles themselves carry signs of age and character, the construction reflects that same spirit.

These details don’t reduce the quality. They’re part of what makes each piece uniquely artisan. If you’re seeking machine-perfect precision, my work may not be the best fit. But if you’re drawn to bold, durable, eye-catching pieces with heart and history, you’re in the right place.
