Tattered Distressed Oversized Jewel Toned Statement Quilt Coat

Using one of my own original designs, mended and reworked a stunning antique log cabin quilt into this beautiful, one of a kind statement coat. An heirloom piece be admired and appreciated from century to century. Poppable collar, and cozy wide sleeves make this piece a dream to toss on over layers. Double front pockets for added functionality.

The quilt used for this creation is estimated to be over 100 years old! Because of the antique nature of the material, it is very warn and tattered. To me, creates a beautiful aesthetic that can not be replicated. It must be enjoyed exactly as it is. This coat won’t be for everyone, but I know it will make its way home to someone who loves a bit of history and charm in their wardrobe.

Center of collar at back of neck to wrist (garment lying flat): 34.5”
Shoulder to shoulder across back is 27”
Unisex design.
Model is 5’10 for reference.

Wash in a cool gentle cycle, lay flat or line dry to preserve life.
